The research activity of this class action done in class VI Elementary School 03 Sungai Pinyuh Pontianak Regency because based on observations on the process of learning in the sixth grade elementary school 03 This suggests that the interaction of learning in the classroom just monotonous. Students are less active, learning is teacher-centered. The response of students towards learning tends to lower, during the process of learning takes students only silence. The purpose of this study was to describe physical activity, mental and emotional student group work using worksheets assisted students in learning math classes VI Elementary School 03 Sungai Pinyuh Pontianak Regency. The method used is descriptive method of research is a classroom action research. The subjects of this study were the teacher and all the students of class VI Elementary School District 03 Sungai Pinyuh Pontianak totaling 19 people. The study consisted of two cycles with the overall result that in the first cycle, the average student physical activity by 78%, then on the second cycle increased by 11% to 89%. While the average student who does mental activity in the first cycle by 80%, then on the second cycle increased by 18% to 98%. While on active student emotional activity by 79%, then on the second cycle decreased by 1% to 78%.
